The Project

Time Life is a renowned creator and direct marketer of unique music and video/DVD products. The company is known for its distinctive, nostalgia-based offerings, including collections of classic TV shows, music hits from different eras, and thematic compilations.


The Role

In this leadership role, I successfully conceptualized, planned, and executed over 30 daily live and recorded events for major cruise lines and TIME LIFE, featuring top-tier Grammy-winning artists. My responsibilities included overseeing a dedicated team for seamless event delivery, negotiating artist contracts in line with thematic and budgetary needs, and integrating entertainment into cruise experiences to boost brand value. I also synchronized comprehensive event production schedules, fostered vital industry relationships, and collaborated directly with the Time-Life President


The Result

• Conceptualized, produced, and delivered 50+ nationally broadcast commercials to market Time Life's themed cruises. Developed landing pages and optimized sales funnels, significantly boosting passenger sign-ups.

• Orchestrated the leadership of 80+ video and live production crews, producing 1000+ hours of high-quality television and streaming content.

• Executive Producer for 36 episodes of “Live at Sea” talk show streamed in 12 countries.
